She was born Connie Jo Springer in Zanesville, Ohio on August 8, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Harry and June (Cline) Springer of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in law Leo and Mabel Carter.
She is survived by her husband Greg of more than 50 years; loving daughters Julie (Sean) Gallagher of Foxboro, MA and Jamie (Dan) Baker of Mansfield, MA; granddaughters Megan Gallagher of Boston and Kelsey Gallagher of Foxboro, MA; mother June Springer of Parkersburg; sister Kim (Dick) McCloskey of Parkersburg, and brother Jan (Lisa) Springer of Walpole, MA, as well as many close loving cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends and neighbors.
She loved her husband, daughters, grandchildren and sons-in-law, more than life itself, along with her mother, sister and brother. A longtime resident of Foxboro, MA, and a huge New England Patriot fan, Connie will be cherished and missed by everyone she ever came in contact with. Her infectious personality, laughter and great sense of humor brought everyone around her enormous fun and closeness. Her passing leaves a huge emptiness in every life she touched.
Visitation and Services were held at Schoedinger Northeast Gahanna, with Andrew Hoover officiant. Visitation was later held at Roberts Funeral Home, Foxboro, MA, followed by interment at Rock Hill Cemetery.
