In hospital, May 15 1961, as a result of an accident, Henry Lester Tapp, 20 Western Ave, husband of Lyla Hodgins, son of Mr and Mrs Joseph Tapp, brother of (Evelyn) Mrs Arthur Sequin, all of Ottawa, Joseph Tapp, Cantley Que, age 53 years.
Resting at Fred N Garrett Funeral Home 384 Somerset St W. Service in St. Luke's Anglican Church Tuesday at 1:30pm. Interment Beechwood cemetery.
