Leah Cart, 39, and her 5-year old daughter, Olivia Cart, both of Culloden, WV, were victims of a murder suicide. Mrs. Cart is survived by her son, Jonah Cart, 7, who was also wounded and her husband George Cart. Both of the children were special needs children.

Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Chapman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
