Robert Leland "Bob" Carter was born 1 Mar 1952 and passed away 29 Dec 2015. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Sheryl Lynn Houchins 6 Jun 1975 and had two children, Hattie and Will, they later divorced. He married Alice Clifford 23 May 1997. They had two girls, Alice and Marianne.
Bob was a very loving, and caring, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and son. He loved fishing, golfing and camping. Above all he loved being with his family. Family was everything to him and he was everything to his family. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar Loraine Carter.
