Mrs. Mary Lou Woodson Coggins, age 83, of Dallas, Ga., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Ga.

Mrs. Coggins was born on March 17, 1934, in Atlanta, Ga. to the loving parents, Mr. Grover N. Woodson and Mrs. Nettie Lou Daniel Woodson. Mrs. Coggins loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Mrs. Coggins is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James (Louise) Brown; Brother, Mr. Floyd Woodson; Sisters, Lois Woodson and Katie Major, and extended generations.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Key; sisters, Mildred Plunkett and Francis Davis, brothers, Douglas Woodson and Johnny Woodson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at 11:00 AM, from the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at 2:00 PM, in the Crest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Atlanta, Ga.
