Linda Winberry, 73, of Waldo, AR died Monday, October 2, 2017 at her residence in Waldo.
Linda was born on May 24, 1944 in Waldo, AR to the late Robert Hugh and Ester Dale (Atkins) Aldridge. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church and enjoyed woodworking and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Lance Edward Winberry; siblings Derril Aldridge, Winnion Aldridge, Bobby Aldridge, Doris Underwood, Clarice Dyce, and Margaret Maness.
Linda is survived by her husband of 55 years Edward Winberry of Waldo; daughter Angie Williams and husband Greg of Emerson; grandchildren Chris Willis and wife Renee of Magnolia, Melanie Kee and husband Dustin of Waldo; great grandchildren Chrislyn, Kyleah, and Avery Willis, Shane and Gunner Williams; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends at the visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 3 at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 4 at the Shiloh Baptist Church with Bro. Petie Ward and Bro. Myles Evans officiating. Burial will follow at the Shiloh Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Scott McDonald, Buddy Watkins, Mark Hilliard, Andy Jackson, Franklin Pennington, and John Henry.
