She is survived by two sons, Don Carter Bishop (Linda) of Georgetown, Kentucky. and Billy Dale Bishop (Carolyn) of Lexington, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Bishop (Melanie) and Megann Jones (Mike) of Georgetown, Kentucky, Melanie Earwood (Jeff) of Vanceburg, Ky., Janette Hansche (Greg) of Richmond, Kentucky and Katie Bishop of Nicholasville, Kentucky; eight great grandchildren, Mary Harruff of Louisville, Kentucky, Josh Bishop of Lexington, Kentucky, Brittany Bishop, Kirsten Jones, Michaela Jones and Alyssa Jones of Georgetown, Kentucky, Clint Stoneking of Morehead, Kentucky. and Ty Bishop of Nicholasville, Kentucky; one great-great granddaughter, Mila Caldwell of Georgetown, Kentucky; and one brother, Frank Carter (Mabel) of Lexington, Kentucky She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Melissa Ann Bishop and two brothers, Stanley (Buck) Carter and Charles (Peewee) Carter. Ruby attended Henry Clay High School and Fugazzi Business College. She was a member of Gardenside Christian Church and Willing Crusaders Sunday School class. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Lexington, Kentucky.
