For the past four years, she was involved in operations to support our troops, mainly the Operation Support Our Troops. She was a Realtor in the Fox Valley area for the past 17 years.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Teddy R.; two children, Valerie Erd of St. Charles and David (wife Brenda) of Mt. Vernon; five grandchildren, Krystal, Amanda, and Nicole Erd, and Austin and Ahsley Incer; four brothers, Jerry (wife Pat), Bill, Ted, and Tim Hattula; and two sisters, Mary and Julia Hattula.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ludwig and Annie Hattula.
A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles.
Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Charles.
Visitation was held Tuesday, April 25, at the funeral home.
