David A. Giles, 48, of Momence, IL, died on Friday, September 29, 2017, in a vehicle accident near Lake Village, IN.
He was born on February 3, 1969, in East Chicago, IN, the son of Cleon and Frances F. Cody Giles.
He is survived by three sisters and brothers-in-law; Kathleen and John Fejes of Chesterton, IN, Carol and Mark Luft of Momence, IL, Marlene and Delbert Robinson of Lawrenceburg, TN. One brother, Steven Barr of Momence, IL.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harold Giles.
He was employed as a truck driver for Gilster-Mary Lee in Momence, IL.
He enjoyed riding his Harley and loved all animals, especially his dog, Max.
Visitation Services will held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at the Cotter Funeral Home, 224 E. Washington St., Momence, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 8 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at the Cotter Funeral Home.
Inurnment will be at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 2701 Willowdale Road, Portage, IN. 46368, at a later date.
