Peggy Cox Vaughn, age 91 of Atlanta, died Monday, October 02, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul T. Vaughn; Parents, George and Mary Ann Cox. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Arrita and Bryan Echols; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Linda Vaughn; grandchildren, Jason Kimbrough, Austin and Ashley Vaughn, and Taylor Vaughn, Mrs. Vaughn was a long time member of Alford Memorial Radio Club. She was a loving wife and mother. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 06, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Rev. Joe Hughes officiating; interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, October 06, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
