Born in Inverkeithing, Scotland. He leaves behind wife Julie Collins. Sons; Mark Cannon (Brian Bixby), Ian Cannon (Jennifer Cannon), and Michael Collins (Celia Collins). Grandchildren Liam, Aine, Mikey, Major, and Braylon.
Jack taught for 30 years in the School District of Lancaster, primarily at Wickersham Elementary School. He enjoyed going to auctions and collecting antiques.
