Tillman Wayne Trotter, 67, of Lee-Smith Road, died Tuesday, July 10, 2001, at his home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home by the Rev. Jason Cable. Burial will be in Near Calvary Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Trotter was born Nov. 5, 1933, in Randolph County to Troy Trotter and Bernice McDowell Trotter. He was a retired truck driver with Bestway Trucking Co.
Surviving are two daughters and a son, seven grandchildren; four brothers, and two sisters.
