1980 Kelly Bonnell; also Kelly Travis∼Kelly Lynn (Bonnell) Rogers, 36, a lifetime resident of Montgomery, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2000 in Naperville. Kelly was born May 28, 1964 in Aurora.
Kelly graduated from Oswego High School, attended Waubonse Community Collage and was a member of Fox Valley Unity Church in Batavia. Her hobbies consisted of reading, music and writing.
Survivors include her husband Dave Rogers, one son Cole Rogers, both of Montgomery, her mother and stepfather, Marcia (Dave) Travis of Naperville, her father Gerry Bonnell of Oswego, step grandfather, Ted Cieslik of Wheaton, niece Kara Waclaw-Lang of Sycamore, IL and nieces Sarah and Samantha Bonnell, both of Oswego.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Helen Cieslik, her grandfather Percy Shonk and her grandparents, Leo and Freida Bonnell.
Funeral services for Kelly will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway, Montgomery. Hospice Chaplain, Kimberly Borzym and Laura Janus will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2000 at the Dieterle Memorial Home from 3-9 p.m. with a memorialization service to be held at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to a fund for Cole Rogers. 897-1196 www.dieterlememorialhome.com
