Sharon was born on July 11, 1944 in Eau Claire to Glen & Lauana (Dickenson) Lewallen. When Sharon was very young, her mother passed away. Margaret was the mother that Sharon grew up knowing. Sharon grew up in Stanley but later moved to Oshkosh, Wausau and, in later years, to Tomahawk.

She was a waitress at various places, including Log Cabin & Mint Café in Wausau, Country Kitchen in Minocqua & Tomahawk Family Restaurant. Dennis Hinterleitner was the love of her life and life partner. They were together for 38 years.

Sharon is survived by her children Troy, Lauana, Donna, Robin, Teri, and Tina ; her siblings Dennis , Jolly, Kathy, Sandra, Phyllis, and Beth; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents Glen, Lauana , & Margaret; grandson Justan; and her siblings Larry & Shelly; two nephews and one niece.
