Debra Elizabeth Ray, age 60, of Dallas, TX, passed away April 23, 2017. She was born November 7, 1956, in Dallas to Charles Lee and Betty Jo (Cummings) Ray. Debra was of the Christian faith and enjoyed going dancing and listening to Elvis and oldies music.
Debra is survived by her loving children: Teresa Foster and husband Allen, Mark Couch, Jr., and wife Rebecca and Luke Couch and wife Coco; grandchildren: Felicia Posey and husband Luke, Randy Foster, Emilee Foster, Jasamine Rodgers, Jessica Rodgers, Owen Couch and Wyatt Couch; great grandchildren: Lawson Posey, Elijah Posey and Sawyer Posey; sisters: Vickey Johnson and Tina Martin; brother: Terry Vick; mother: Betty Vick; nieces and nephews: April Johnson, Holly Dobbe, Matthew Turner, Brandy Oliver, Candy Oliver, Michael Brown, Jr, Tennelle Brown, Aaron Oliver and Lantz Oliver; and uncles: Jerry Don Cummings and Bobby Glenn Cummings; along with a host of loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Lee; brothers: Michael Ray Brown and Troy Oliver; and grandparents: Albert and Elmo Cummings.
A celebration of life will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Royse City Chapel with Pastor Joshua Wilken officiating. The family will hold a private inurnment at a later date.
