Jeffery Allen Long, 47, of White passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Born January 25, 1961 in Cartersville, he was the son of the late John Willis Long. He was also preceded in death by his aunt, Patsy Woody; and his grandparents, Grace and Emory Long and Daisy and Bahe Jones.
Survivors include his children, Amber Long of Cartersville and Justin Long of Rome; his grandchild, Jordan Grace Long; his mother, Alta Long of White; his sister, Deborah White of White; his brother, David Long of White; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2008 at the Ryo Cemetery in Fairmount with Rev. Max Maybern officiating.
The family will receive friends at the graveside the hour prior to the funeral service.
