Frank Wayne Warner, age 69 of Caldwell, WV, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, WV. He was born on June 21, 1948 in Petersburg, WV, the son of the late Arvil William and Cynthia Jane (Nelson) Warner.

Mr. Warner was a graduate of Circleville High School and a Vietnam Veteran of the US Navy, where he served 4 years. He had worked for Dominion Power in Bath County, VA and in Woodbridge, VA.

Mr. Warner is survived by: a son, Kristopher Shaun Dolly and wife Jamie of Caldwell, WV; 3 brothers, Charles Warner of Franklin, Allen Warner and wife Karen of Circleville, Carl Warner and wife Caron of Circleville, WV; and a sister, Lois Warner and husband Blaine of Circleville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: his companion, Brenda Dolly; a brother, Danny; and a sister, Teresa.

Mr. Warner's family will receive friends on Saturday, September 30, 2017, 1-2 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Sam Harper officiating. Interment will be in North Fork Memorial Cemetery in Riverton.
