HAZEN -- Rita Lentz, 81, Hazen, died April 11, 2004, at a Hazen medical center after a battle with cancer. Services will be held at 2 p.m. MDT Friday, April 16, at St. Martin's Catholic Church, Hazen. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery, Hazen.
She is survived by her husband, Walter; one son, James, Breckenridge, Minn.; two daughters, Cindy Taylor, Glasgow, Mont., and Pat Knopf, Fairbanks, Alaska; one sister, Julia Larson, White Plain, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. (Seibel Funeral Home, Hazen)
