Amy M. (Dolan) Richey, 87, Cambridge City, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, at Golden Rule Nursing Home in Richmond.
Born Feb. 16, 1912, in Greensburg, she was the daughter of John and Myrtle (Ray) Hess. She married Edwin "Eddie" Richey, who survives.
She was a homemaker. She also worked for seven years at the Cambridge City Telephone office.
She was a member of Cambridge City Baptist Church.
Survivors besides her husband include one daughter, Rita (Mrs. Dick) Pierce of Cambridge City; one son, Jim and wife Doris Dolan of Tampa, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Jeannette (Mrs. Merrill) McBride of Lewisville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter, one half sister, Millie Gross of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Lewis Hess.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Marshall and Erlewein Funeral Home in Dublin, the Rev. Mal Gibson officiating.
Burial is in Union Cemetery in Muncie.
Visitation is from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.
