Deborah Graves, 60, was born March 30, 1957, in Amarillo to Perry Mitchell Sr. and Narvella Mitchell.
There will be a Graveside Service Tuesday September 26, 2017 at 11am, Llano Cemetery. With Nathan Cleveland Officiating and Eulogist. Arrangements provided by Golden Gate Mortuary, 1416 N. Hughes, Amarillo, TX 79107, Bishop James and Joyce Mims -Owners
Deborah loved her family, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the love of her life. She enjoyed helping others. She attended Amarillo College and worked in the nursing field for over 25 years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her dad, Perry Mitchell Sr.; her mom, Narvella Mitchell, a brother Alfred Mitchell; a granddaughter, Porshonda Oliver; and two great-grandsons, King and Cornelius Jones.
Survivors include her three daughters; Carolyn Mitchell and Nathan Cleveland; Jeffery and Lidia Dailey of Amarillo; Toshiba Benard and James Brice of South Carolina, Grandchildren: Shakira Burks, Zaykeia Mitchell, Natavius Anderson, Chante Benard, Harmonie Anderson Porshena and Cecil Echols, Porshanra Oliver, Elroy Oliver III; Great Grandchildren and her siblings: A’nyla, Elsiah, Adalyn, Try’Nity, Tye’Leik, Cecil Jr. Lisa and Perry Mitchell Jr. Harold Mitchell, John Mitchell, and Mary and David May and The Graves Family and nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held at Golden Gate Mortuary Chapel of Angels Monday, September 25, 2017 from 2pm – 6pm
