Alan worked as a design drafter at various local companies. He is survived by his wife Linda (nee Baumann) of Waubeka, his son Kurt (Rachael) Schommer of Chula Vista, CA, his parents James and Barbara Schommer of Mountain, WI, a granddaughter Lauralei and his sister Janell (Rob) Romnek of Grafton. He was preceded in death by his daughter Catherine. Private family services will be held. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington is assisting the family.
