Janice grew up in West Virginia and graduated from High School. She moved to Oklahoma in the early 60's and made a home, where she raised her children. She retired from the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund.
In her free time, she was a Weight Watchers instructor, and would make it to class even in the ice and snow. She was active in the Lakeview Neighborhood Association Garden Club. Janice was passionate about animals and organized and volunteered for PetNet Rescue. She enjoyed square dancing and was the proud owner of a '72 Cutlass convertible and would take it to various car shows. Once Janice became a grandmother, she became Granny, which everyone called her.

The family would like to thank the loving staff at St. Ann's Nursing Home and Integris Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to Janice and her family.
