Born in Pickens County Mr. Grant is a son of the late Henry Clyde and Cora Holcombe Grant. He was retired from Tom’s Foods Incorporated and has been a member of Red Hill Baptist Church since 1956.
Survivors include his wife of seventy-one years of the home, children; Ronnie (Kathy) Grant of Simpsonville, Dianne Grant (David) McLaughlin of Pickens, Becky Grant Anderson of Easley, grandchildren; Jeff (Colleen) Grant of Raleigh, North Carolina, John Grant (fiancé Alina Lottstein) of Greenville, Andy (Amanda) Bridgman of Pickens, Zach (Michelle) Bridgman, great grandchildren; Tyler Crawford, Jeremy Wilder, Will Bridgman, Zachery Revis, Haley Bridgman, Karsen Bridgman siblings; Ray (Virginia) Grant of Pickens, Betty Grant Hendricks of Six Mile, Pat (Kathy) Grant of Easley.
Mr. Grant was predeceased by his parents, two infant children, brothers; Sonley Grant, Harold Grant, sisters Helen Yates and Drunell Chapman.
