Jean Rayner of Thessalon in her 79th year, beloved wife of Harry Rayner for 56 years. Dear daughter of the late Alfred “Cap“ and Viola Bird. Loving mother of Robert (Carol) of Heyden, Verna McDonald (Gerald) of Sault Ste. Marie, Bill and Donald (Sheila) both of Thessalon. Special grandmother to Melanie, Darrell, Dana and Dale and great- grandmother to Hannah. Dear sister of Eileen Abbott (Late Merrill Lawrence and late Sonny Abbott), William Bird (late Dolly), and the late June MacDonald (late Jack) and Merlyn Bird (late Edith). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Thessalon Bible Chapel on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 2 o'clock.
