She was a loving wife, an amazing Mother, a loyal friend, and a proud Nana.

She is preceded in death by father, Orton Spangler and mother, Joann Henderson.
She is survived by her husband, Dwight Caldwell, son, Chad Cunningham, daughter and special son-in-law, Marci & CJ Wright, son, Cris Caldwell, daughter, Courtney Crants, granddaughter, Megan Bullock "Punkin," and 2 special fur babies, Daisy and Bella.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Smith Trinity Chapel. The family will host a Celebration of Life for those who knew Donna at 2:00 PM. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 3:00 PM at Grandview Cemetery.
