Mr. Warner was a lifelong resident of Maitland and graduated from the high school there.
He was a farmer and a Christian.
In 1924, he married Catherine Linville in Maitland. She preceded him in death.
Mr. Warner also was preceded in death by a brother, Mel Warner.
Surviving: four sons, Charles S. Warner of Grant City, Robert J. Warner of St. Louis, Thomas O. Warner of Fulton, Ill., and Richard T. Warner of Skidmore, MO; three daughters, Dora Lee Ball of Elizabeth, Colo., Coleen Robinson of Denver, Colo., and Louise Rohie of Mason City, Neb.; three sisters, Mary Cole and Esther Cowan, both of Maitland, and Lorene Williams of Arlington, Texas; 24 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Johnson Funeral Home, Maitland. The body has been cremated."
