Jack R. Howell Sr., 77, of Goshen, died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at his home. He was born Feb. 21, 1940, in Cabin Creek, West Virginia, to Percy and Dorothy (Stanley) Howell.
On April 7, 1957, he married Ellen Maxine Falin. She survives along with two children, Barb (Brian) Fann and Willie Howell, both of Goshen; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Shirley Starner, Cabin Creek, West Virginia and Betty Moles and Belva Moles, both of Goshen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Jack Jr. “Slick” and Terry Howell and three siblings, Eugene and Bud Howell and Imogene Harvey.
Mr. Howell worked at Barler’s Manufacturing and Goshen Dairy. He was a member of the Goshen Eagles, Moose and D.A.V.
