Wilma was born July 20, 1926, in Liberty, W.Va, to the late Ottmer and Alice Cochran. Wilma has reunited in heaven with her husband Russell and sisters Chloe, Mary, Lucille, and Marie. She leaves behind many cherished memories with her daughter Patricia Hamilton (husband Jimmy) of St. Albans and son Daniel Vance (wife Allison) of Alum Creek. She also leaves her sister, Catherine (Pat) Cochran and her adoring grandchildren Jessica King, Stephen Casto, and Christopher Vance. Wilma was a caring mother, devoted wife, and friend to all she encountered. We are all blessed to have known her love.
There will be a graveside service on September 26, at 1 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Park in South Charleston with Pastor Tom Moore presiding. Family and friends may gather an hour before the service at the graveside.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to HospiceCare 1606 Kanawha Blvd W., Charleston, WV 25387
