Adam Richard Woodard, 44, of Moultrie, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 in Quitman, Ga.
Interment will follow in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Born December 16, 1971 in Moultrie, he was the son of Carolyn Lacey Robinson of Moultrie and the late James Richard Woodard.
He was a self-employed tree surgeon and was a member of Good News Baptist Chapel.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Tara Gantt Woodard of Alabama; a son, Adam Dakota Woodard of Newport News, VA.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
