"Mrs. Eliza K. West, 23 High St., died Sunday night in the Amsterdam City Hospital where she had been a patient since Aug. 18. She had been in ill health for a year. Mrs. West was born at Central Bridge July 7, 1870, a daughter of David and Maria Hunt Woodcock, and had been a resident of Amsterdam 25 years. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church and a member of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union. Mrs. West was married three times, her first husband having been Peter Keyser, her second, William Hotaling, and her third, Lawrence West, who survives her. She also leaves one daughter, Mrs. John Wallerius, Amsterdam; a son, Frank Keyser, also of this city; one sister, Mrs. Laura Wands, Fultonville; one brother, Fred Woodcock, Central Bridge; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews." Interment in Sloansville Valley Cemetery, Sloansville, N.Y. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home at their convenience."
