Mr. Green was born December 2, 1926 in Meeks Community, Texas, the son of Benno E. Green and Alberta Green. He married Rita Kasner on September 17, 1949 in the Church of the Visitation in Westphalia, Texas

He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant and was a WWII vet.

He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton and was a Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include three sons, Mark Green, Bill Green and Karl Green and wife Diane; two daughters, Diane Piper and husband Rich and Marsha Green; twelve grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.

Services for Glenn H. Green, 90, of Temple, will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday, September 22, 2017, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with Father John Kim officiating.

Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.

Visitation will be held Thursday September 21, 2017 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. with a Rosary starting at 7 P.M. at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
