FANNIE M. FRANCE LEWIS, age 82 of Jefferson City, TN passed away Friday afternoon, September 22, 2017 at her home following a brief illness.
She was of the Baptist faith and was retired from the Hoagie Shop of Jefferson City after 22 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Lewis; son, Darrell Lewis; parents, Oscar and Florence (Hall) France; sister, Monte Lee; brothers, Lawson, Richard and Mack France; niece, Pam Massey; parents-in-law, Eugene and Lucille (Hanson) Lewis; companion, Frank Eslinger.
Fannie is survived by her special nephew, DeWayne (Terry) Lewis and their children, Neriah and Dylan; caregiver, Betty Daniel; nieces, Mary (Robert) Hayes, Ollie Saylor and Marcy Mathis; nephew, Dave (Ruth) France; nephew-in-law, Mick (Cynthia) Massey; special cousin, Bob (Carolyn) Hall; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Lewis and Dorothy Woods; brothers-in-law, Winfred and Allen (Pat) Lewis; her companions granddaughter, Celena (Tim) Farrow and family; several other nieces, nephews and special friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2017, 2:00 pm at Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Sister Gail Twine officiating. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00pm prior to services at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE, TN.
