Cecile was a member of the First General Baptist church in Clay, KY.
She is preceded in death by her son William Wesley “Billy” Vaughn in 2003.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years Gerry Vaughn of Clay, KY 2 daughters Robin Vaughn (Angie) of Panama City, FL Heather Stone (Scott) of Clay, KY 1 brother Jackie “Buzz” Byrum of Clay, KY and 5 grandchildren Wesley and Cole Vaughn, Hannah and Mckinlee Benson and Wyatt Wetzel.
Funeral services will be at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery.
