WILLIAMS, BRENDA S.

Brenda Sue Williams, 46, of Stafford, Va., formerly of Big Springs, died Thursday, July 14, 1994, at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Va., after an extended illness.
She was born in Grantsville, a daughter of Churl Hathaway Scott of Big Springs and the late Wesley B. Scott. She received a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and a master's degree from University of Virginia. She was a teacher at Spotswood Elementary School, Spotsylvania County, Va., and a member of Regester Chapel United Methodist Church, Stafford, where she was a pianist.

Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Thomas G. Williams, Jr.; a son, Scott Williams of the home; and a daughter, Whitney A. Williams of the home.

Services were scheduled on Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, with Rev. James Pearson officiating, and burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
