Born in Miami, Oklahoma in 1930, Anna moved with her husband Don Carpenter to Oregon in her late teens. And even though she spent a majority of her life in Clackamas and Canby, her love for Oklahoma was just as strong as the day she left.
Friends, family and the love of Jesus are what fueled her passion in life. She was loved by people of all ages and her ability to relate to anyone was the center of her character.
There was no doubt that Anna was the matriarch of the family; she commanded a presence about her. One that will be missed dearly. Anna is survived by people who love her; friends and family alike are thankful she was in their lives.
Anna cooked more meals in her life than a five star chef. In true Anna fashion, the family is hosting a dinner to honor her. [address redacted]
