passed away Friday, Nov. 27, 2015
following an extended illness.
She was born January 12, 1967, in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been a resident of Delaware County most of her life. Debby graduated from South Side High School in 1986. She worked for the Muncie Public Library for three years then married Jack Robbins in 1986. Debby was a stay at home mom until 1998 when she went to work at The Waters of Yorktown for five years and Ball Memorial Hospital as an M.T.A. from 2002 until 2007. She enjoyed being around her grandsons, family and friends, swimming, gardening, decorating, cooking out and talking on the phone.
Survivors include her mother, Tina Thomas; her father, Charles (Charlene) Mantock; children, Joshua Robbins (companion Amanda), Megan Robbins (companion Stephyn), Emily (Dylan) O'Bryant; grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Aiden Lee Robbins and Corbin Jackson Robbins; three brothers, Jeff (Yolanda) Mantock, Doug Mantock and Dave Mantock; brother-in-law, Larry (Leslie) Stilts; sister-in-law, Rose (Chad) Stillwag; best friends, Julie Cleaver and Ida Faulkner; several nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Robbins; step-father, Harry Thomas; grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Mantock; brother-in-law, Johnnie Robbins and sister-in-law, Ruth Byrd.
Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Family and friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
