Maxine W. Collins, 88, died Sunday, September 17, 2017, surrounded by family. Maxine was a loving, devoted and selfless wife, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lucia Wintermute; and sisters, Nadine, Lucia L. and Frances (Pennington).
Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Kenneth D.; children, Stephen (Shannon) Collins and Sandy (Martin) Sipes; and grandchildren, Rivers (Dustin) LeGrand, Campbell Collins, Amanda and Madeline Sipes.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Maize United Methodist Church; followed by burial at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Kansas City, MO at 3:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Maize United Methodist Church, 208 E. Central, Maize, KS, 67101.
