William J. Fulcher, 85, of Woodstock passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at his home.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, February 9 at 2:00 PM at Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock. Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1-2 on Sunday. Pastors Tyrone Gheen and Paul Markee will officiate.
Mr. Fulcher was born March 13, 1928 in Harford County Maryland. He was the son of the late Edgar and Okie Hodge Fulcher.
He was an U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the World Pentecostal Mission in Mt. Olive.
He is survived by two sons, Roger Fulcher of Williamsport MD, and David Fulcher of Mt. Jackson; five daughters, Shirley Owens of Front Royal, Janet Rinker of Woodstock, Judy Hall of Lakeland FL, Linda Rinker of Middletown, and Mary Ann McCauley of Woodstock; and one sister, Grey Patrick of Damascus VA.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Erdene Fulcher; a son, Eddie Fulcher and numerous siblings.
