Juanita Peterson Elmore, 90, passed away on August 17, 2017. She was born on June 19, 1927, in Alabama, to the late Brett and Leona (Farris) Peterson and lived the greater part of her life in Florida. While living in Alabama, she met her husband of 65 years, C.W. Elmore, who preceded her in death in 2010.
Juanita is survived by her daughter, Lynn (Ron) Koffler, sons, Randy (Kathy) Elmore and Rick (Jonie) Elmore, and brother, Homer Peterson, as well as 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Juanita was interred with her husband at South Florida National Cemetery.
