Surviving are her three sons, Kenneth E. Monroe Jr. of Yorktown, Va., Michael L. Monroe of Roanoke, Va., and Marc E. Monroe of Geneva, Ill.; two grandchildren; two brothers-in-law; and three sisters.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017, from Oakey’s South Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Gadman officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017, at Oakey’s South Chapel.
