Born on September 23, 1933, Bobby was the past President of the SC Association of Public Accountants and Secretary of the Mid-Day Lions Club. He served on the SC Economic Development Board, was appointed by Governor Carol Campbell to the SC Accountancy Board, and a member of the Anderson Elks Lodge.
He was survived by his wife of 54 years, Margaret Bridges Foster; brother, Paul H. Foster, Sr. (Sherri); sister, Sue Todd (Barry), and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by father, Carl Foster; mother, Martha ‘Evie’ Foster Orr; step-father, George Orr; and brother, George Edward Orr.
Burial at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
