James McLachlan, 76 of Cottondale, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at his residence surrounded by loved ones. James was born November 9, 1936 in Natrona, Pennsylvania to Harry and Lehne (Blose) McLachlan. He served his country for 11 years in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Edna McLachlan of Cottondale, Fl.; one son: Scott Wesley McLachlan of Butler, Pa.; one daughter: Vida Michelle McLachlan of Cottondale, Fl. Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
