Diane M. Ross, age 72, died peacefully at her home in Cambridge on Tuesday, September 29, 2015. A gathering of friends and family was held on Friday, October 2nd 2015. Diane Marie Ross, the daughter of Dewey and Esther (Bitzen) Vick, was born on April 5, 1943, in Kandiyohi, MN. She grew up in Litchfield, MN and received her education from Litchfield High School. On October 3, 1964 she was united in marriage to Harold Ross in Litchfield, MN. They lived in Litchfield, MN, Stillwater, MN, Coon Rapids, MN, Isanti, MN and finally settled in Cambridge, MN. She began her career as a Hairstylist in Litchfield, MN as Co-owner of Coffeur's Beauty Salon. Later, she started her own business as owner and operator of Diane's Beauty Salon in Coon Rapids, MN until her retirement in 1995. She enjoyed talking on the phone, politics, watching Judge Judy, Teresa Caputo and HGTV, cooking her mother's favorite recipes, which were passed down to her children. She enjoyed listening to Conway Twitty, George Jones and Elvis. She competed in several bowling leagues, loved to crochet and "skunking" family members in cribbage. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her husband "Snooky", her children, grand kids and great grand kids.

She is survived by her husband Harold of Cambridge; children, Todd Ross (son) and Kim Golden of York, PA, Kim (daughter) and Tim Skog of Isanti, MN, Scott (son) and Karen Ross of Red Lion, PA, Pam Schultz (daughter) and Scott Watts Andover, MN. She had 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by Sandra Botsford (sister) Darrell Vick (brother) and Dennis Vick (brother). She was preceded in death by her parents, Esther and Dewey Vick, brothers Byron "Buddy" Vick, Richard "Gump" Vick, Dwayne "Chubby" Vick and Robert "Smokey" Vick, sisters LaVonne Christiansen, Mary Dokken, Phyliss Menth, Mavis Hopp.
