William Ivan DeWitt Jr., 60, of Magazine, Arkansas, passed from this life Sunday, October 16, 2016 in his home in Magazine, Arkansas. He was born March 11, 1956 in Odessa, Texas to William Ivan Sr. and Louise Mae Porter DeWitt.

He was retired from the volunteer fire department and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by father, William Ivan DeWitt Sr. and a brothers, Roger and Leon DeWitt.

Graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Old Union Cemetery near Magazine, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mother, Louise DeWitt of Magazine; three sisters, Sheila DeWitt of Fort Smith, Brenda Shelton of Booneville and Tammy Reed of Perryville; one brother, Larry DeWitt of Booneville; several nieces and nephews and host of other numerous family and many friends.

Pallbearers: Larry DeWitt II, Kyle DeWitt, Scotty DeWitt, Tony Smith, Jerry Jones, Matthew Young.

Honorary Pallbearers: Zach Smith, Ethan Roseberry, Bobby Cobb, Robert Shelton, David Roseberry, Shane Reed, Trenton Lilly, Jorden Andrews. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday evening at Roberts Funeral Home.
