Diane Roseen Schutt was born on December 12th, 1944 in Loup City, NE to Ross and Eileen Wing. She had three brothers, Denny, Russ, and Randy and two sisters, Roz and Krys. She graduated high school in 1962 from Burwell, NE, and married Jim Schutt on June 6th, 1963. They had three children, Karen, Kimberly and Michael, and seven grandchildren: Danielle, Matthew, Bryanna, Victoria, Bailey, Amanda, and Bobby. She worked may different jobs in her life, including seamstress, cook and beautician, and her quick wits helped her to be an excellent problem solver. At home, Diane loved spending time with her family. Whether it was sewing, reading, playing cards, or singing and playing instruments with Jim, she had on a smile that lit up the room, and all those that knew her will miss that smile. Pansies were her favorite flower and they always decorated her home. Diane had an amazing spirit that endured much, and was always willing to help others or lend a helping hand. She accepted Christ as her Savior at a young age and loved the Lord her whole life.
