She is survived by her son-in-law, Thomas Bennett, of Glenmoor; and her grandsons: Jeffrey Bennett and his wife Susan, and William Bennett.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her infant son, James Black; her daughter, JoAnn Black Bennett; and two brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Williams was a welder at American Bridge during World War II and later was employed at Homer Laughlin China Company from which she retired.
No services will be conducted as per her wish.
Burial will be in Calcutta United Presbyterian Cemetery.
Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with the arrangements.
