Brian was born on December 6, 1976 in Blairsville, GA the son of Dale Ray Hooper and Wanda Sullivan Hooper. Brian was a lifelong resident of Blairsville. Brian enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing, and he most enjoyed spending time with his boys. Mr. Hooper was of the Baptist faith.
A funeral service for Mr. Hooper will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00PM at the Union Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
