Actor. Born in Santa Monica, California, he began his career performing on radio drama programs before making his big screen debut in "It Happens Every Spring" (1949), followed by "Slattery's Hurricane" (1949). His other film credits include "Twelve O'Clock High" (1949), "My Blue Heaven" (1950), "Halls of Montezuma" (1950), "Father Takes the Air" (1951) and "Gaby" (1956). He also appeared on the television show "Space Patrol".
