Mary Ankrum Adams, 68, of Webster City, passed away peacefully at Crestview Manor on June 13, 2017.

Mary was born on February 7, 1949 in Webster City Iowa. She attended Webster City High school.

and married the late Michael J. Williams. They had two children, Bradley Williams and Rebecca Williams. The couple divorced in 1978.

Mary was a graduate from Buena Vista College and retired from Youth and family Social Services as a crisis family therapist.

She married Michael Adams in 2000 and enjoyed living in Webster City. She loved visiting California!!

Mary will be forever missed by her beloved husband, Mike Adams, who never once left her side while battling cancer; her son, Brad Williams; her daughter, Rebecca Williams-Didato; her son-in-law, Barry Didato and of course her precious granddaughter, Sophia Bubbalina. She will also be dearly missed by her sisters, Peggy Fuhrman, Patty Ankrum, Janet (Dave) Mathena; brother Tommy Ankrum; sister-in-law, Sharon Ankrum; in-laws, Steve and Sharon Adams, Chris and Sandy Adams, Mark and Cindy Weldon, John and Marcia Pahl, Lou and Carla Montuoro, Scott and Sonja Neuroth, stepdaughter, Kelly Kates and grandson, Liam; stepson Justin, (Traci) Adams and granddaughter, Sidney, AND a ton of nieces and nephews who she adored. Mary will be missed by ALL her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethal Ankrum, Homer and Ellen Ankrum; brother, Dennis Ankrum and brother-in-law, Marcus Fuhrman.

Mary would want us to continue celebrating her spirit on earth in honor of her life and to eat, drink and just say..."oh well! We will get through this"! Please join us at the ACE Community Center located at 1440 E 2nd St, in Webster City, Iowa on October 21st, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
