He was the son of Ryan George and Alisha Rebekah (Hays) Miller, who survive in Elida.
Also surviving are a brother, Beau, at home; a sister, Piper, at home; paternal grandparents, Maurice and Doreen Miller, Columbus Grove; maternal grandparents, Dean and Dana Hays, Elida; paternal great-grandmother, Pauline May, Columbus Grove; maternal great-grandmother, Doris Cameron, Plain City; and paternal great-great-grandmother, Opal May, Norton.
Deceased are twin sister, Deidra; maternal great-grandfather, Howard Cameron; maternal great-grandparents, Robert (Kay) Hays; and paternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Gertrude Miller.
